My complaint:

Hi, I am contacting you on behalf of the way you issue refunds. I don’t like have a credit put on my account. I would prefer to have my money put back where it came from instead of having to use it on my next order. What if I don’t like ordering on instacart or I need the cash back. Also with the fees and tip I end up spending more money I don’t have to throw away. I understand your doing a service, but I don’t want to be forced to order again to get money back that I don’t truly get back, because you discount math is not right. Look all I’m saying is if something is messed up with our order give a real refund, don’t make it so we have no choice and order again. Thanks Mrs. Edna St. Louis
