Complaint: Overcharged and not refunded the full amount

My complaint:

I ordered using Instacart for Publix supermarket. I ordered 10 items of which 4 were Buy 1 Get 1 Free. I bought 2 Russell Stovers boxed chocolates, $10.99 each. They were Buy 1 Get 1 Free but was charged for both. The other items were charged correctly. I was also charged $3.50 for an item I did not order nor receive. When I placed my order on Instacart the total was almost $52.00 which would be accurate. When I received my order I was charged $64.72. The extra $10 99 for the Russell Stovers and $3.50 for something I have no knowledge of.
I have been trying to resolve this since yesterday Friday 121820 without any understanding from Instacart customer service reps. They said they refunded $5.89 for half the price of 1 box.

I want my full refund of $10.99 plus $3.50 $14.49 not only $5.89.
