My complaint:

I ordered and I got a message something was out of stock so I clicked on a replacement the shopper ignored me so I did online chat the rep called me a liar and said I didn’t ask for replacement I then asked for a manager she made up another excuse I asked to send screen shots they didn’t respond

Suggested solution:

They should of believed what I was saying and looked at my screenshot and then refunded me like I asked
