My complaint:

I made a purchase and the shopper contacted me on FB messenger( feed available) and insisted I call her. She proceeds to tell me I lied and said my groceries were stolen and gave her a poor rating. I told her she was mistaken and I had no knowledge of who she was and ended the call. She then sent messages to my FB saying that because of me she couldn’t feed her kids because she now could only get second batches and she would never deliver my groceries again. I told her she needed to verify the information before accusing me. She stated she had spoke with a supervisor and they provided her with my name and reported that I didn’t receive my order and gave her a 1. I was very offended. She later called and said she had the wrong person. It was still unprofessional and rude to treat me, the client, this way. I will never use this service again.

Suggested solution:

The decision is not mine to make. It just makes me wonder how many other customers have had to deal with this.
