My complaint:
I did not receive my order and i have been charged $320 on my debit card. Despite repeated calls they did not respond and finally i get an email saying we cannot refund. I have all evidences that i have not received the order including picture of the shopper which j saved , i am sure nobody is interested in saving an instacart shopper pic. On 4th march when i did not receive my order i had no option but to shope from walmart directly. I have receipt of shopping for the same products from walamrt the very next day.

They also robbed me $80.00 order they claim l placed in another state. I do not live or ever been to Ohio. I ask from the shopper info and the address he took the items. I call and call they just give me the run around and not refund me my money. They are crooks.
