My complaint:
The deliverer, license plate TBN9001, dropped off a residents items in the office in place of delivering it to the actual resident. When explained they need to deliver to the actual resident they said oh no we don’t got in the car and drove off even going over my properties curve.
Suggested solution:
Any time instacart is delivered to a resident they need to contact the resident through the call box and deliver to the actual resident. To resolve this they need to return and pick up the delivery and take it to whom it belongs. We have no idea who these items belong to.
