Instacart complaint: Missing half my order with little to no help!!

My complaint:

I ordered groceries. Received half my order. I try to ‘chat’ with them and waited over 30 minutes for no response (twice!) I have emailed them numerous times. It’s like they completely ignore what I’ve written in my emails and reply with some off the wall response. I finally asked if they knew how to read. I tried getting help saying I want my missing items delivered to me. I don’t want a damn credit. But sure enough what do they do? They credit my acct $24 dollars. Which means I need to place a new order and pay another service fee. Dasher tip. Etc and cost me another $20 for their mistake! I finally get a email where it seemed like someone finally read my email at least half of it. He tells me he will send my missing items but in order to do so he needs to cancel the second order I placed. I said great! That’s all I wanted and thanked him. He replied saying I will receive a email with a ation that he ordered the missing items and a time of what time they will be there. Here we are over 6 hours later (Kroger is closing in less then an hour by the way) and I have no damn groceries! I emailed again with the story. They respond by saying I will get a credit that I won’t be charged a fee as long as I spend $35 or more. How the hell does that help me. Here again no one is actually reading what I need. All I want is my damn missing items!!!! Now she needs me to send her info on my receipt. When they can access my acct on their own. I sent screenshots of my receipt and I am yet again waiting. The unprofessionalism of all these Instacart people is unreal to me. I have never been this aggravated that I feel the need to try to get my complaint across in some way because I have never felt so unheard in my entire life. It’s rude and quite frankly it’s pathetic.

Suggested solution:

They should listen to me! Read my full email! Send me my items that I paid for that are missing! Give me more then what the items are worth after this huge headache. Quit writing pathetic replies!
