My complaint:
Today, I had to carry 2 cartons of water up 2 flight of stairs because the customer resided in an apartment complex. Then, for me to check my earnings, the customer did not even leave a tip. I got paid to shop and drive to their home, but not to carry all that heavy water.
Suggested solution:
The customer shouldn’t be forced to leave a tip. But there should be a fee or charge for customers who request heavy objects to be taken to the highest floor.
