My complaint:

So I’ve been working for instacart now about three years. I have never had a bad review I worked my butt off for them even though the Covid pandemic. I always was representing Instant cart to my fullest. Then on June 8th 2021 I was asked to take a picture for security reasons as they always ask. I took my photo but it came out blurry probably cause I moved to quick after I took the picture, so o went to delete to take another photo but I hit send instead. Now they are saying it’s not me to send proof so I did and after carefully reviewing it they said it’s not enough and Permanently deactivated me!!!!!! All I can say is WOW!!!! Really it’s me that is shopping I also said I get video proof cause some of the stores where we are shopping at are our local stores that we shop at for ourselves so I know management they said they give me a copy of me shopping I also told Instant cart that and they still deactivated me!!!

Suggested solution:

As a company instant cart should give us a opportunity to retake a photo if you send a blurry picture by mistake. They should tell u on your app that photo is not acceptable and retake now or your account then will be deactivated . It's unfair what they are doing and SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!
