My complaint:
Your rating system is not fair first every time I talk to a representative they say how wonderful my rating is and I should be getting Bashas now all the sudden I’m being told is horrible and that’s why I’m not receiving any vouchers at all it’s a 4.7 one which is good but apparently is not good enough now it’s not fair your rating system is not fair at all especially because some of the reviews are not correct and if you don’t get a right review there’s nothing you can do about it even if it’s not your fault
Suggested solution:
They need to reevaluate thier rating system and be able to correct bad ratings when its not your fault. For starters. And with a 4.7 you still should have priority above others.
