My complaint:

I rate this a solid ZERO!
My third time wasn’t a charm. Folks at other end of call are useless. Email answers in 24 hours which doesn’t help at all! Once I placed in my 36 item order at 1:30 for 5pm delivery. That got pushed to 7:15. Then a few hours later 8:45. The last update was 11:15pm. Spoke to customer service. Jackass tells me to cancelreschedule. FROM 1:30pm – 11:15 and I’m to reschedule?????? This is third time (and last as these folks are absolute morons) my orders have been mismanaged. One other time lady checked out with all my items and never dropped off. Said traffic was bad. Turned back around and left items in lot.
DO NOT RECOMMEND- unless you enjoy getting annoyed
