Holiday Extras complaint: Transfer did not arrive and very poor service

My complaint:

Arrived at the Airport on time and went to find our driver but after 20 minutes no one came. Rang the number on the booking form to find there was no record of a booking. Got to this point after 3 telephone calls and a further half an hour. Tried to get hold of Holiday Extras numerous times and methods to no avail despite stating the urgency as we have 2 young children with us. Not at all happy as we have this transfer booked for return too!

Suggested solution:

Refund the amount paid with some form of compensation for the phone calls, time wasted and stress caused.
