My complaint:
We booked a meet and great at Luton Airport. We booked until 5pm on 18th Feb. We called and requested the car at about 4.45pm. The car was delivered as expected. The gave us a car park ticket stating 4.59pm. We eventually got out of the car park at 5.06pm and was charged £9.50 to leave the car park, so our £61 total cost just went up. I don’t understand why we had to pay this? booking reference CRYNZM
