My complaint:
When I made my booking i spoke to one of your staff and they informed me that the Hotel Hoppa Service to Terminal 5, the H5B commenced at 4.30 am, however on our arrival at the Hotel we were told by the Reception Staff that the first bus available for us would not be until 5.40 and not arriving at the Terminal Stop until 6.10. As our flight was departing at 7.10 we had to get a taxi at an additional cost of £23.00.
On our return, we went to bus stops 17 and 18 at 17.10 for the 17.15 bus H5B to return us to our hotel to collect my car, however we remained there until 17.40 and no bus arrived, again I had to get a taxi for the journey at a cost this time of £20.00.
