My complaint:
My holiday was cancelled and I requested a full refund for the £107.36 paid for airport parking. Holiday Extras are attempting to retain £10 from this sum as a Voucher which I do not want !!
I wish the full sum to be credited to my payment card
The booking was for a date some two months ahead.
I am having great difficulty navigating the website to claim this £10.
My EMail address has subsequently changed to wolpurgis@googlemail.com
Suggested solution:
By paying me my FULL deposit back !
