My complaint:
I´ve booked with Holiday Extras on Sunday, 11th December a hotelroom at Radisson blue, Heathrow (booking reference DXZBKK). As we arrived there, the hotel was fully booked. This was published on the hotels website.
I payed 109.99 Pound with my AMEX card ending 5003.
As you are not providing the service you promised, I want my money back. Please transfer it to my AMEX account.
