My complaint:
Genius loop in their system when trying to change a booking. You get transferred to their App when trying to book a transfer but it doesn’t sync the info so my booking was wrong and left stranded at the airport. Try going through the re-bookamend your booking process, it’s a hilarious loop where the Appwebsite sends you round the houses until you draw a blank and get directed to call them – and when the phone is finally answered you get a recorder message telling you to use the Appwebsite. Please give it a go. There is also a button to indicate whether you are happy with the service but the ‘no’ button is disabled
