My complaint:
My husband and I attended the Number 1 Lounge at Gatwick South on Tuesday 10th May. I have used Lounge 1 Clubrooms previously and was very impressed with the service and standard of food. However, on this particular occasion I cannot express enough how disappointed we were. The only food on offer was what was left from breakfast which was a tiny bit of cold scrambled egg and some cold burnt bacon which was of course inedible.
The queue for the bar was so long as there was only one person working on it, that my husband and I only had one drink each as there was not enough time to queue for another.
Being a disabled traveller, I like to chose a lounge before I travel as I need the convenience of sitting comfortably. I am very disgusted that I paid £58 for two drinks before my holiday and will not be using this service again.

I would like a full refund of my payment as we did not get the service we were paying for
