My complaint:
i booked airport parking on 12 may at glasgow airport. they emailed to say card declined so i booked again. when i got to airport on 12 may i realized i had two booking for same car day time. tried to get a refund for one booking and still trying and failing to get a refund. they won’t deal with it on live chat and have tried and tried with no success. booking ref is cyrrfv

give me a refund for extra booking
