My complaint:

I returned my new smartwatch instead of the hoka shoes I wanted to return. It has been 6 months now and they still “can’t find it”. The Supervisor was extremely rude and told me she would not make me speak to anyone but her. Horrible costumer service

Return my smartwatch to me
