My complaint:
I ordered two pairs of Anacapa hiking boots and six pairs of Speedgoats to have different sizes and widths to try on. I returned 5 pairs of Speedgoats and both pairs of Anacapa boots. I received credit for all six Speedgoats although 1 had kept one pair. After 6 months I never get a refund for the boots. They claimed I hadn’t returned both pairs of boots, only one. DO NOT order more than one pair of shoes from them at a time. Their warehouse and support team can’t handle anything too hard!
Suggested solution:
Give me the rest of my refund!
