My complaint:
I would like to address my complaint regarding my Hoka One One trainers. I purchased my trainers 1 month ago for running purposes. I did about ten 5-10K runs in them. Yesterday when I came back from my 10K run I discovered that the sole of my right shoe degraded on the right side of the shoe. I was shocked as I ran on pavement which is a clean flat surface. I was really enjoying my almost new shoes and now when I cant run in them anymore I feel very frustrated.
Suggested solution:
Can you please advise me on what could be the reason of this and if it’s possible I would like to exchange them as I was really enjoying of my Hokas and would like to keep running.
