My complaint:
Dear Hoka.
My name is Linda Watkins and I am 75 years old and HOKA shoes are perfect for me and enabled me to walk regularly again.
I am a huge Hoka fan and have recommended them to my many friends.
I have purchased at least 10 pair (all neutral and plush) and received my new black and white pair yesterday. I had a pair a while back and I felt as if they did not feel like my other Hoka shoes. I took some time today to compare them with what you advertise and I assuredly must say that these are NOT Plush.
They say on your information that they are plush but it is wrong. I could tell they were wrong for me after a very short walk.
I am deeply disappointed as I am leaving town Sunday and wanted to wear them for the trip. I have answered most of your surveys and I would appreciate an email response.
