My complaint:
Ordered a pair of ora recovery slides on July 6th and since then nothing, apart from money leaving my account. I sent an email enquiry on the 12 th of July thinking that a week is reasonable and still no reply. I sent a follow up message on their website on 13th July and nothing back, the online chat was not available and does not appear to be available again today. My order number is EU6210314. I have left a 1 star review on trustpilot in hope that will generate a response.
Suggested solution:
Let me know that either what I ordered has been dispatched or refund me what I have paid.
