Haven Holidays complaint: No staff bank holiday ridiculous

My complaint:

We went on our family holiday which was a big deal for us as we take our 89 year old gran away her only holiday of the year we purchased 2 caravans 49 Cambrian and also 54 Cambrian for 3 nights after 2 nights we left the park, the experience was dreadful we waited 1hr 20 minutes to have lunch and not only that receive our drinks, this happened multiple times it was quite embarrassing, Even the staff said they were sorry and refunded my drinks money as we didn’t stay there ( still not received the refund)seemed to be only 3 members of staff running the front of house on a bank holiday weekend. On arrival we told our caravans we’re sealed number 49 Cambrian door was wide open and there were kids playing in the caravan I went to the reception to complain to see the ques were ridiculously long and only one member of staff, There were so Many people complaining about the service, even staff booking the activities we waiting 45 minutes on 2 occasions to book activities this is just unacceptable the shear lack of staff on this park was ridiculous, I will be honest it ruined our holiday a holiday we paid £1,400 we even left a day earlier as it was not a nice place to be. I want this to be looked at an a partial refund given it was not acceptable at all.
