My complaint:
Basically, we arrived on site , no sticker seal on door as normal , no warning tous to state that if no seal contact them. Entered the accommodation to find that there were other peoples items still inside ,beds were messed up . Filth all over , so we contacted a member of staff , of whom was not interested in what we were saying . So we left after 2 nights as it was causing our autistic child stress , handed the key at reception to then find out they gave the key to a friend to use the accommodation for the rest of stay without my permission… I have been in contact with haven but they are being unreasonable to us .
Suggested solution:
Asked for a partial refund , or a stay at a different site
