My complaint:
When we arrived to our bronze caravan every where was filthy damaged and also had mites on the dressing table. We paid for 5 the was only enough bedding for 4, We didn’t realise till at night. To make matters worse when looking out the kitchen window the was a dog tied up on robe with dog poo everywhere. It was absolutely disgusting. I have pics of the caravan. I am really not happy with the email I have had back from haven. I have never seen anythink like this.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund. You book a holiday to relax not chase round for someone to come back and clean when the job should already be done.
