My complaint:
I rented a caravan at craig tara on 17/4/23to21/4/23 with my husband and granddaughter we upgraded this year as last years caravan was a basic one and yo be honest I would have preferred last year’s caravan the upgrade one wasn’t cleaned properly there was dried up daisy’s on the photo there was urine in the double bedroom we couldn’t use the shower as it was scolling there was also plastic clips from ie a new shirt the double bedroom window had yo be given and the seating area was stinking in urine we did ask for to be moved but was told there was no caravans empty which was a lie and I went to reception to complain again and the young lady was to busy on the phone to repairs and telling her she had to be away at 6pm aswell not professional at all there was rubbish underneath the caravan from the last tennent it is discrafull I am now considering going somewhere else with my granddaughter next year and we where also hoping to book for October again this year. I didn’t take pictures to prove what has happened but you will have record of the repairs Beachgrove no10
Suggested solution:
I think what should happen is refund and repremand certain staff that caravan was not worth what use are asking for
