My complaint:
My partner went to check to see if everything was OK when he check where my son was sleeping he find a large bit of glass under the bed and he cut himself. We know it wasn’t our son because he had his waterbottle with him at bedtime and it was placisc bottle, so my patient took the glass ti reception and they said to write it on the review but u have not heard nothing
Suggested solution:
Maybe check who wad cleaning and maybe something off next year
