My complaint:
Arrived 8th September – crap journey should have taken 3.5 hours took 6.5 not their problem
Going for a wedding commitment service. Took wedding cake to hotel and set up for service
Then booked in about 7pm, because of weather was hot both wet through and need a shower – no hot water – called out of hours staff – nice person couldn’t get the boiler to start, was with us for over an hour – he changed both gas tanks.
Said would get a gas engineer out in the morning -we asked not b4 10 as said crap journey
10.01 (said) gas engineer arrived – slagged of out of hours staff said they were useless- got it going
Wife went for shower got hair wet then went cold. Called said engineer out again got it working Luke warm – said if it stops again would need a gas engineer or a fork lift truck
Went to the wedding – still hot and on return needed a shower – no hot water – called out out of hours staff – he stated no gas engineer was sent but a part time maintaince was sent
Going to the registry office in Turo Monday to the marriage – can we get some hot water or a different mode of accommodation as we are here for another 5 days
Suggested solution:
Give an upgrade ASAP or a refund
