My complaint:

i whent on holiday to primrose valley filey i had asked for a ramp because my wife uses a stroller because she has difficulty walking the only ones with ramps are disabled so i asked for one with easy access and parking they said they have made a note of this when we arrived we got the keys and whent to the caravan it was 50yds from any parking (if you could get a place) you had to walk across bumpy ground when i got the steps very steep i whent to the office to see what could be done i was told they are full up thee no where else available (no help) on sunday morning my wife fell injured here foot andleg because she was in pain so we had to leave has she could not get back in to caravan so we handed the keys back sunday morning and left they said very sorry your wife hurt herself

Suggested solution:

i have 2 more holidays booked with haven holidays 1 on 20th may ref12599211 the other on14 october ref12618512 i would like to cancell and get a FULL refund for all 3 holidays due my concerns for the safety of my wife i have been coming to haven for years no problems if they can promise me parking next to the caravan and decent steps for my next 2 holidays for free then i will fll safer for my wife eather of thes options will end this matter
