My complaint:
Stayed in a silver caravan hopton .it was dirty inside I cleaned it my partner cleaned the decking as it hadn’t Been jet washed .took five days for it to be jet washed after I emailed the manager. Plus No towels. No potatoes peeler. No mop. Apparently the caravan had Bern cleaned.???????. Mould in shower .we complained to the receptionist she got upset as told us we have a attitude. Which we don’t. We only complain because you haven’t kept the standard of the caravan you privately rent out . Contacted manager. He sent email saying he would sort this out .which he sent some towels and potatoes peeler and a mop 5 days later.as we were staying for 7 days

By giving us a extra weeks holiday .
