My complaint:
Dirty mattress in pull out bed in living area dirty double mattress both sides staines wee staines hairs ants everywhere crawling on us at night table had to be fixed asked to be moved but no response security al and Holly had to supply new mattress for double room as we didn’t realise until 23.00 after we came back clubhouse
Suggested solution:
This was resolved but we feel we should have been moved to another caravan even thuo your security team were great i am a regular customer of yours as will probably see but we will not be going back there again same as weymouth bay for which we complained about last year
