Haven Holidays complaint: caravan and park

My complaint:

i have made several complaints to customer services email phoned twice and sent letters by post,
I have not even heard back to say they have received my complaint.
this holiday was booked in all good faith .
my daughter and boyfriend saved up hard to take myself and husband on holiday,plus family pet dog kiara .
my daughter and her boyfriend had arrived with kiara the weekend before so had already cleaned caravan herself,
To say the least it was dirty .cobwebs,crumbs,hairs,dirty radiators,faulty heating .fridge did the not keep drinks cold engineer came out said it was too full knob fell off cooker
The enrtainment for adults non existant appart fron pub .
Dog friendly it was not ,she was not allowed on beach,and when firing practice happened she shook with fear and ran to caravan,also not allowed in entertainment area .

Suggested solution:

By at least looking at my correspondents ,would be a good start .see what could improve cleanliness and advertise properly
As i say do not advertise dog friendly when clearly not had party known would not have booked here .

Offer of compensation to party involved as gesture of goodwill compensation.
