Haven Holidays complaint: Fun Passes

My complaint:

We took our grandchildren to Weymouth Bay for a holiday, on arrival we purchased 4 fun passes, what a waste of money, which we can little afford being pensioners!! We then went to book for the children to go swimming to be told it was fully booked all week. Having to pay for crazy golf and other activities should be included in these passes, not extra. Trying to get in the club house was a joke as we were refused entry as there was maximum people already in there, these fun passes should not be issued if you cannot use them. I and my grandchildren were totally disappointed with the holiday, I just feel its all about the money with haven, not people having a good time, will never go to another Haven ever again. I think they should change the name to unfun passes as that’s what we had.

Suggested solution:

Give us our money back for the passes
