My complaint:
I lost my website that was paid for on August 2nd, 2022. Godaddy ed the website was paid for. I went to work gaining merchandise and products from 5 affiliated companies selling Maple syruping equipment and bottles. On August 17th, 2022 I was begining to sit down to work on USAMAPLESYRUP.com, which is my website that GODADDY let go in which WEB,com purchased 5 days after I paid for it.
I have WILSON MAPLE FARMS, INC., the brand USA MAPLE SYRUP started and initiated with multiple online merchanding companies.
I spoke with a Quintius@secureserver.net whom said I could file a lawsuit through his channel and he would forward it to legal. I would like the website USAMAPLESYRUP.com returned to my godaddy backoffice where it should be, please. The date of when I paid for it was August 2nd, 2022. It’s in the record book, you negligience after that is not my financial obligation, the cost of my business being set back is not my financial obligation, I will be seeking damages for these things as well as the website returned in full. Thank you!

Return the website USAMAPLESYRUP.com to Joseph Wilson of Wilson Maple Farms, Inc. phone number 607-377-2581 immediately as your company made a mistake. Web.com now owns the website, go to web,com and get it back however you see fit, but get it back and put it in my account where it belongs. As long as this happens, I will not sue for lost business damages.
