My complaint:

On February 11, Goddady charged through my card ended in 6201 $ 509.136 COP for hosting which was 5 days before cancelled to move to another company. I asked for reimbursement and was told it would take 5 to 7 days. Today I was told by Diana Chacon that it will take more than a month.

Based on the latest information, It is arbitrariness from your side, first to charge for a service that was already cancelled; second, it is arbitrariness from your side to take such a long time for the reimbursement.

Suggested solution:

It is requested that the reimbursement be done immediately with no more delay.
