My complaint:
I have just found an email dated 15th November, saying that my website was deleted by Godaddy. I spoke to someone in the Godaddy specialist team it’s going to cost over £200 to restore. I told the advisor that a monthly billing was what I signed up for after my trial. He said the payment was rejected even though it was through PayPal they made a payment for a change of email address today through the same PayPal account it went through no problem. I wasn’t contacted to say this payment had failed, although the agent said they had sent emails. I have a screenshot to prove this. I think it’s unfair to make someone pay over £200 or have to redo my whole website. In the meantime this is severely affecting my business. I would like something done about this as soon as possible please. Look forward to hearing from you soon. I give 14 days for a response from you.
Suggested solution:
To respond in 14 days with a solution to restore the website at no extra cost as it isn’t my mistake, but it’s costing me business. I only found out the website wasn’t working when one of my clients mentioned it to me.
