My complaint:
I had dozens of websites with Godaddy and I found:
1. I was paying for some that had been sold to someone else, and that company had my site address with their name on it. So, two of us were paying for the same site address, but my information was deleted by GoDaddy.
2. I was paying for some that simply had simply been deleted by GoDaddy, but the continued to bill me and I continued to pay until after they ignored my request for them to restore my site.
3. I printed out what evidence I could, but GoDaddy used green to defraud customers, so they couldn’t see what customers were not agreeing to.
4. GoDaddy kept taking money out of my bank account even after I demanded they stop because they refused to stop defrauding me.
5. GoDaddy’s legal department lied to me and refused to refund my money or fix a single account, after I had spent so much time on each.
6. Since then GoDaddy has refused to refund a single dollar they defrauded me out of.
7. No government agency will hold GoDaddy accountable for a single crime.
Suggested solution:
Refund all my money, plus interest, and admit wrongdoing.
