My complaint:
we can’t receive or send emails, our FTP and websites are down!!
After creating a backup on CPanel, all hosting services were stopped, why? because the backup file exceeded its allotted quota of disk blocks.
We called GoDaddy to understand what the problem is, and they told us the problem was We exceeded the space we had allowed on the hard disk yes, obviously, the backup service caused it.
Solution: We erased the backup file, but didn’t work, after erasing the file, the error continued.
Godaddy said: You have to wait 24 hours……..WHAT!! 24 hours?!!, we can’t receive or send emails, our websites are down!! We are losing sales, we are not receiving PO’s, we can’t get support to our clients, and more
Godaddy said: you have to wait
24 hours later we continue having the same problem
Besides, they didn’t lose the opportunity to trade in our suffering, offering us an upgrade to another expensive product.
This is not the first problem with GoDaddy, we are having problems with them for several years, and each time a different problem
Suggested solution:
just fix the problem immediately
