My complaint:
Booked flights from Albany to Perth then on to Melbourne return. Gave passports to travel agents who booked flights .
After returning home I noticed that my partners surname was wrong.
Returning the following day to point out mistake .
They informed me it would cost me another £560 dollars to correct after contacting the airlines involved.
After sorting everything out the flight Centre said they would only charge me £262 dollars as it was there mistake.
Did not have a choice but to pay this as would have lost my flight and money
Suggested solution:
Pay the whole of the difference as there mistake.
They took the passports and did all bookings from information off the passports
