My complaint:

I have contacted several times. I have sent emails rung just told it could take 12 weeks no response to emails.

Again I find myself having to re email as the previous emails are not answered. Some feedback would not only be polite, however also good business.

Suggested solution:

By refunding and actually acknowledging. Quick to take booking no customer service no where to get an email on their site to complain.
