My complaint:
On camera, it shows your driver placing a package, (valued at $200.00), right on the edge of the top step of my porch. It was actually overhanging the step to where EVERONE on either street could see it.
I live on the corner of 2 busy streets. IF YOUR DRIVER WOULD HAVE PLACED THE PACKAGE NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR AND NEXT TO THE RAISED BRICK FLOWERBED,,, IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SO VISABLE. It would have taken only 2 extra seconds to slide it into that corner. There was NO attempt to try and hide the package. As it is, this is the 3rd time FedEx has delivered a package that was stolen! I have not had that experience with UPS.
Suggested solution:
Do NOT place packages to where everyone can see it. In my case, in the corner next to the front door and raised brick flowerbed. NOT OVERHANGING THE CENTER OF THE TOP STEP IN PLAIN SIGHT. That is lack of common sense on both the driver AND Management for not including that in your training package.
