My complaint:
I have a package that was overnighted. 577983101884
I was never attempted to be delivered the next day. I spent over 2 hours trying to dig hire out on the phone with FedEx with the representative refusing to transfer me to a supervisor or the resolutions team. Told me to call back and ask for them. Invetween I was transferred to 4 different people who wandered and just put me back on hold without even telling me just click and music.the item was paid for overnight, not when you feel like it. Also was lied to multiple times saying it was a missed delivery attempt till the fourth time I told the representative to listen to me. Which I read off what it said on the website. Then I got oh sorry I did not read it correctly.
Suggested solution:
Next day delivery and complete refund to the shipper.
