My complaint:

FedEx sent me a text two days before the delivery date 9.28.32023. On the delivery date, I placed a magnet with an index card, asking the driver to ring the door bell. He didn’t. it was noted that the recorded time was 1:15pm, it was suppose to be 12:50pm.

He stuck the FedEx Env. on the door. My index card showed in the picture, Took the FedEx envelope off the door and left. I got a text saying it was delivered. The theft happens at least three times a year. And no, I have never received a lost FedEx package, after I filed a report. I stayed home until 4:00pm.

Suggested solution:

Return the FedEx Envelope with what was inside. I paid for guaranteed express delivery within 3-4 days, it was delivered in two days. I was shocked, FedEx has never did that. Thing is, the driver should have followed detailed instructions up to the time he placed the envelope in my hands. It was the first attempt. He should have taken the envelope and returned again or I could have picked it up at a FedEx location, myself.
