My complaint:

This is he Senior Community Director at Cirrus.

I am writing to inform you about a recent incident involving a FedEx Ground driver that we take very seriously and require immediate attention. We have camera footage of this incident occurring today October 3rd at 11: 29 am , and it has raised significant concerns.

This morning, a FedEx driver arrived at Cirrus. Despite providing him with an access code and clear instructions for the safe and proper delivery of packages, he exhibited extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. Regrettably, he refused to adhere to our instructions and did not utilize our dedicated parcel pending area. Instead, he left the packages outside the property, which is entirely unacceptable.

Given the gravity of this situation, we kindly request your immediate contact to address this matter.
