My complaint:
Every package that I get that goes through fed ex Aiburn ,PA facility gets the excuse attempted delivery with not delivery attempt and they goes to delivery exception. It is put into the system that I requested a future delivery date on each package which is not true . We get subscription Chewy orders which unfortunately get delivered through Fed Ex . I have already made a complaint on this facility in the summer because of the same issue . I let it go up to 4 deliveries that get this issue in a row and then I contact Fed Ex and customer service does not take it seriously and obviously reading from a script .
Suggested solution:
Have a manager look into the Facility and issues happening when packages come into the Auburn, PA facility . Someone or something is obviously not right if vacation requests for deliveries are being but in and we're not requested .
