FedEx complaint: FedX driver can’t read!

My complaint:

I live in the country. Most people know that country people don’t generally use their front doors. The door I use is next to my driveway, and much more accessible than my front door. Two months ago a FedX driver left my order at my front door. So I had asign made that said DELIVERIES HERE PLEASE and put it on the door next to the driveway. Today your driver delivered another order, and walked an unnecessary 40 feet more to place it at my front door!! It wouldn’t have been quite so bad if he had rung my doorbell, but I looked for my order for FIVE HOURS before finally finding it!! How about training your drivers for about five mininutes in how to deliver a package..

Train your drivers and make certain they know how to READ!
