My complaint:
For the 3rd time my parcel was left at the end of my driveway on the ground where it could be easily stolen. Not sure why sometimes its delivered at my doorstep and other times at the street on the ground. Apparently calling does nothing Ive called the 1800 number to zero satisfaction. DELIVER TO THE DOOR CONSISTENTLY !! No reason not to UPS and USPS does !!
