My complaint:
Two of their drivers were speeding at a very hi rate of speed down a residential street. They were racing as if they had money on who was going to get to the location the fastest. Their drivers are constantly speeding and are very reckless and there are many kids in the area and I’m not waiting for someone to get killed by there drivers. I got one of the truck number 409754 and reported to FedEx. The original rep seemed as if she didn’t care and was brushing me off the phone but I wanted to speak to a supervisor to make this complaint official. I want them to slow down this is absolutely rediculous. I hope that this message gets to the right person and they either get new drivers or retrain the ones they have.
Suggested solution:
Retrain the drivers or get drivers that don't speed. They need to be more safe..why wait for a tragedy to happen when it could be prevented now
